What Is Pallyy? A Social Media Scheduler for Agencies

Pallyy is a social media scheduler built for people who post for more than one brand. Agencies, freelance social managers, and multi-location businesses use it to plan, approve, and publish from one workspace instead of logging in and out of every client account. If you searched “what is Pallyy” because a client asked, or because Buffer and Hootsuite started to feel priced like a department, this is the practical version.

We build websites in Denver. We don’t sell Pallyy, and we don’t get a cut. Clients still ask what to use once the site is live and the Instagram grid is a week of silence. A scheduler is not a strategy. It is how a strategy actually ships.

What Pallyy does

You connect a brand’s accounts, write the post once, adjust the caption for each network, and put it on that client’s calendar. Pallyy publishes through the official APIs, including formats that used to require a phone: Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories, plus the usual feed posts.

Each client is a social set. That set can hold profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X, Threads, and Bluesky. On paid plans, one set covers up to 11 accounts. You are not buying a seat per network.

The calendar is per client, not one tangled grid of every brand you touch. Drag a post. The inbox, the analytics, and the report stay with that client too.

The benefits that are actually worth paying for

One login for every client

The expensive part of social media is not the caption. It’s the switching. Open the client’s Instagram in a browser profile, paste, hope the image crops, screenshot it, email it, wait, then do the same on LinkedIn with a different character count. Pallyy is built so that loop happens in one place, with a separate calendar for each brand.

Clients approve without making an account

This is the feature agencies mention first. You send a link. The client sees the upcoming posts, comments, and approves. They do not need a Pallyy login, a password reset, or a tutorial. Approvals sit in their own list, so “waiting on the owner” is a status, not a thread buried in email.

For a small shop, that is the difference between posting on Tuesday and posting “whenever they reply.”

You pay for the client, not the channel

A lot of schedulers charge by user or by profile. A dentist with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and TikTok can turn into four line items. Pallyy’s model is the social set: however many networks that one brand uses, it’s still one client. Extra clients are a flat add-on, not a new subscription per icon.

Captions can differ by network

The same photo is rarely the same post. LinkedIn wants a sentence a person would say out loud. Instagram wants the first line to earn the “more.” Google Business wants the offer, the neighborhood, and a reason to call. Pallyy lets you write the post once and tailor the caption per network before it goes out. That is basic, and a lot of tools still make it clumsy.

Reports you can hand to a client

Paid plans keep analytics for five years and can turn them into a per-client report, including a PDF. The free plan keeps 30 days, which is enough to look, not enough to show a year of work. If you bill monthly, the report is part of the invoice conversation: what went out, what it did, what you’re doing next.

Teammates see only their clients

Agency and Scale plans include extra seats, and you can limit a freelancer to specific clients. That matters the moment the work is not all in your head. You are not handing over the password to every brand you manage.

Who Pallyy is for

  • A freelancer with two or three clients. The Pro plan is the honest starting point. One social set is included. Each extra client is $10 a month. Pallyy’s own example: three clients on Pro is $45 a month — the $25 plan plus two extra sets.
  • A small agency. The Agency plan is $99 a month and includes 10 social sets and 3 team seats. Extra sets and extra seats are $10 a month each. Five or more clients is where this plan starts to make more sense than stacking Pro.
  • A business with several locations. Treat each location as a social set. Same brand, different Google Business profile, different Instagram, different calendar. That is the case Pallyy is describing when it talks about multi-location companies, not just agencies.
  • A single business testing the habit. There is a free plan: 1 social set, 1 user, 15 scheduled posts a month, 200MB of media. Enough to see if you will actually fill the calendar. Paid plans also offer a 14-day trial. Pallyy asks for a card to start it and does not charge if you cancel before it ends.

The larger Scale plan covers 30 social sets and 10 seats. Past that, they quote a custom plan. Charities and nonprofits are listed at 50% off. Prices move; the current table is on Pallyy’s pricing page.

What it will not do for you

Pallyy will not decide what your business should say. A scheduler full of generic “Happy Monday” posts does not rank, and it does not make the phone ring. It also will not replace the page people land on after they tap your profile. If the link in the bio goes to a Facebook tab or a half-finished builder site, the posts are doing work the website then wastes.

A few limits worth knowing before you migrate a library of video:

  • Free storage is 200MB, and files cap at 10MB. Pro is 10GB with a 350MB file limit. Agency is 20GB. If your work is long-form video, check the cap before you assume it will upload.
  • The free plan schedules 15 posts a month. A brand posting daily on three networks will hit that in a week.
  • It is a publisher and a reporting desk. It is not your website, your ads account, or your photographer.

How this sits next to the website

Search still starts on Google. Social is where people decide if they trust you enough to search. The two jobs are different, and the businesses that treat them as one job usually neglect both.

The site should answer, in one scroll, what you do, where you do it, and how to call or text. That is the $500 site we build, with hosting at $240 a year so the phone number and the photos don’t go stale. Pallyy is a reasonable way to keep the public proof — the jobs, the plates, the before-and-afters — going out on a schedule after that site exists.

If you want the posts to do more than fill a grid, point them at a page that can take the click. A service page. A project. A contact form. We wrote up the traffic side of that separately, from local SEO to the social networks, because a calendar is not a ranking.

Look at the kind of businesses we build for. Most of them do not need an agency-sized social stack on day one. They need a site that is clear, and a way to show the work without living inside five apps. Pallyy is one of the cleaner tools for the second part, especially once you have more than one brand to keep straight.

If the website is the piece that’s behind, start there. Tell us the business. We’ll tell you if $500 is the right fit. The scheduler can wait until there is a page worth sending people to.
